Kawhi comes 9th at .333, followed by Simmons and Laprovitola shooting a horrendous .273!
I think Pop needs to give Dejounte a shot to see what he can do in extended minutes.
Our next game against Houston would be an excellent opportunity. I understand that making 2 out his first 3 three point shots does not mean he is a great three point shooter, but also notice that missing all of his shoot within the 3 pt line does not mean he sucks. He has only played 22min in his entire NBA career, and somehow managed to take 8 shots! Right up there with Ginobili (per 36 minutes --as ridiculous as that sounds).
James Harden is not known for his defense, but if Laprovitola and Patty continue to struggle attacking the basket, Murray could be someone that would help us on O. And if Patty and Laprovitola are both being tortured on D by Harden, which is very possible, Pop would have no choice but to give Murrah some minutes with Kawhi and LaMarcus on the floor.
