California legalized it but all this only worked because Obama's DOJ didn't go after dispensaries and buyers for violating federal law. Will Trump's DOJ prosecute? Can he afford to piss off his evangelical base by not prosecuting?

He's actually pretty liberal on weed if memory serves me correctly. Didn't he say to legalize it and tax it like alcohol? Only thing I remember her saying about weed was something like "I'll wait until the studies come out to draw a conclusion."
