You may have wanted a link to confirm, so I found one on the Spain section on Eurobasket.com

Casey Jacobsen joins TAU - Oct. 5, 2005 - by Francisco Martinez
Few hours after making official the addition of Jordi Grimau, Euroleague runner-up TAU Ceramica completed its roster with the addition of former NBA player Casey Jacobsen (198-G/F-81, college: Stanford) (24, 198cm), who signed a one-year deal with Spaniards. Jacobsen, regarded as one of college basketball's finest outside shooters when playing for Stanford (1998-2002), was the 22nd pick overall in the 2002 NBA Draft by the Phoenix Suns, who acquired his rights from the Boston Celtics. During his first pro season, Jacobsen averaged 5.1 points, 1.2 rebounds, 1.0 assists and 15.9 minutes in 72 regular season games. Later on, Jacobsen raised his numbers to 6.0 points, 2.6 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 23.4 minutes in 78 games, while shooting 41.7% from behind the arc, which confirmed his reputation as sharpshooter. Last year he had to split action between Phoenix (40 games)and New Orleans (44 games). With the Hornets, Jacobsen averaged 7.6 points, 2.3 rebounds and 1.7 assists in 23.4 minutes. Among other achievements, Jacobsen also participated successfully for USA Basketball, winning a gold medal at the 2000 Junior World Championships and the 1998 World Youth Games and played on a USA Basketball Select Team in 2000 that faced the Senior National Team.
