Well, batteries are getting better. Might be less of an issue.

    You never know

It's always convenient to have an extra battery and they are small enough to carry tbh

    I have this:

Slightly larger than my cell phone but can charge it 7 times from full power to dead. Charges REALLY fast, too.

Agree with that, honestly. Bad move by LG.

Looks like my next phone will be whoever makes a good camera, a replaceable battery, and a MSD card slot.

It's either that or I want someone to make a phone with 10 hours of SoT. We're getting there though, so there's hope. I heard the S7 Edge's battery life is absolutely amazing and so is the HTC 10. Right now I might even get a G5 if I had to upgrade, though I'm not a fan of how that phone looks. The camera is just too damn good. Even my G4 blows away my g/fs iPhone 7's camera, every time I take photos with it and people see my screen they ask what kind of phone I have.

My S6's battery is meh, but it has fast charging so that's good
It still has an IR blaster (S7 doesn't) and I like the theme store

Camera is amazing as well, OIS, good low light pics, quick to open with the home button double tap....

But Samsung for not including IP67 (I had it on my previous phone, the S5, and it was awesome) then bringing it back for the S7

From what I read, the S7 Active (the "rugged" phone) is less waterproof than the regular S7. Wtf is that

    https://www.cnet.com/news/samsung-ga...und-and-fixed/

Ahh, they fixed it. But still. Rofl.

As bad as that is, I have an iPhone 6 for work and it's probably the worst thing I've ever used for typing. I can type at least 1.5 times as fast on Android because it allows me to edit typos so much more quickly than the iPhone, which makes me want to chuck it out a window. It's ing terrible. I'll never buy an apple product after using it.

Same. Had to upgrade to a G5 because my camera lens got scratched and it wouldn't focus. Looks like I'll be doing like DJR and ordering several batteries.

    my G4 just bricked

I read into the issues and found dozens and dozens of people w/ the exact same issue all claiming it to happen around the year and a half mark. "timebomb" conspiracy

Anyways, saw a dude recommend putting the phone minus the battery in the freezer for like 10-15 mins, to allow the device to boot long enough to recover pics or whatever.. ing worked thankfully

The G4 is known for a boot loop issue. I haven't had problems with the V10. I just wish it had a bigger battery but since its replaceable its easy enough to swap batteries.

I thought about getting my mom a G3/G4, ended up buying her a Oneplus 2 for a good price. Thank goodness.
