    RIP to an incredible human being. His fight with cancer the past two years and outlook on life was inspiring to follow. God bless him and his family.

    Was fortunate enough to have had a 10 minute conversation with him 3 years ago at XS in Las Vegas about an hour after they opened their doors. He was by himself by the bar drinking a bud light checking out young tail . Never in a million years did I think he'd be so open to a conversation with a fan. An amazing human being who loved the Spurs. He'll be missed by many.

    He definitely brought a touch of humanity and good-natured fun to the NBA. His interactions with Pop were legendary (including the itw between Pop and his son, and the itw when he came back to the NBA).
