Reboot.
Use ctrl+alt+del to bring up the restart option under the Shut Down menu.
I recently downloaded Adaware SE and it got rid of my Trojan.Startpage, but now my menu bar, or tray at the bottom which has my "START" button and other things has disappeared.
How do I get that back?

If you still have the install disk, you can use that and reinstall the main files for Windows. That may work.
