Saw it this weekend, with a bit of drama involved. These sistahs were sitting behind us talking the entire damn movie. "oh no brotha, dont go in there"....."he should have know from the beginning she was involved"......"no, no, dont do it"....etc, etc. I finally got sick of it and turned around and said, do yall have to talk the entire damn movie? Please STFU!!!! They acted like they didnt hear a niggra. But someone had to say something. The white folk were scared. Even my wife wouldnt say anything since she is white/hispanic. She was afraid of a riot staring. Not me, I didnt give two s.

Anyhow, the movie was fair IMHO. They should have either left out the horror, or the comedy. I didnt care for the mix. Not a bad start for Peele.

I really loved the blend of horror, social issues and the comedy. Honestly, as a White guy this movie did a better job of anything at making me feel the anxiety a minority person might feel being around White people and the uncertainty of that relationship and undertones.

Was a little uncomfortable for me in that regard but that is the point .

Get out has grossed over 100 million on a 5 million budget and that's just domestic. It should get another 90 million when it's released overseas.
