Is there anywhere you all would recommend I take a laptop to have it repaired?

There's no doubt it has a virus and I've tried everything. It shuts down after 1 minute, so there is no time to do a system restore or run a scan, even in safe mode.

He fixed mine in 15 minutes (it needed a replacement socket). He lives off 281 and Thousand Oaks and runs his business from his home.
