It will go to Butler at his position.
He won't get close. People are dead-set on giving all of the defensive credit to Leonard. Only Breen actually is past the point that he doesn't have to say "Danny's really having a good defensive game" due to him watching Green have so many great games in 2013 and 2014.
He will. Allen and Paul have both missed significant amount of games and Butler if he makes it will most liely be sloted in the Forward position.
To add to that, Lowry missed a good chunk of games.

If Durant comes back and looks even decent, I wouldn't be surprised to see him make the team. He was great on that end this year.
Now if you said he'd get fewer than Russ, that would be a different story, though I'd still agree.
Spurs will go award-less tbh. Most under coveraged 60 win team of all time.
Anyone who votes for Westbrook on that team should have their voting rights stripped off. At least, it's a good guideline to check as to who actually follows the league or not. He's been the worst defender in the league this year, far worse than frauden.

Unless Murray becomes that super duper star (he has connection with Lebron clique and seems to be more "outspoken African american"), the spotlight is going to fade away even more from this team with Parker/Ginobili and later Pop retiring..
I mean we're in 2017 and Kiwi won't likely go to the podium after playoffs games to talk to the press
green struggles on offense but his defense is pretty good for the most part. he should definitely be on the all defense team imo.

People need to stop looking at lower-level seats. Those ers are bought and paid for. Anyone who's tried to buy tickets knows this. The Spurs wouldn't move if they are getting money for those, them being empty notwithstanding.
Well Green has missed good number of games himself (only played 66 this season and likely shutdown for the rest)..Bunch of candidates for ALL D teams have missed quite a lot games (Avery Bradley, Lowry, CP, KD)..
Only Locks are : Gobert/Draymond/Kawhi/Beverly..
He's been an elite defender for 6 years and hasn't made it
