    Between Parsons contract, their ty drafting and going all-in with the old and injury-prone Gasol/Conley core, the Grizzlies future look grim.

    This should eliminate their chances of having this become an extended series, since their only real hope is grinding the Spurs' laboring offense to a halt.

    As much of an offensive liability as Allen is, their wing depth was already poor and now it's pathetic. They should start Ennis, but it's possible Harrison or Selden might be starting a playoff game(s).

    Memphis played without Allen in the season finale between the two teams and the Spurs needed a buzzer beater by LMA just to get the game into over time.
