Well you said it was over after game 1 with a healthy TP so.....
Parker was mostly pretty bad during the regular season with flashes of brilliance but in these playoffs he was probably the Spurs second best player.
Can the Spurs make up for Parker's production with Mills/Murray? If there is a silver lining I hope Murray can really show us something. I still remember that Cleveland game where he was an absolute stud.

Do you need everything spelled out for you? I mean this is a bad scenario, doomsday , this supposed to be your forte.
Not trying to disrespect HOTS or minimize his loss. I'm sad about it but that Murray kid ain't no slouch. I'm going to give him a shot before I jump off the cliff.
Murray takes over dak style. Spurs in 5
Love it.....Dak/Zeke....Style.......Finish the fight...
Murray be lucky to play 10 minutes a game
Would love for Murray to come in and shine, but that's not likely. For God sakes I hope pop does not give Anderson 15-20 minutes.
Haha! That would be great!
Gonna wait and see how they look Friday before putting the team to bed. Losing Tony hurts (and pretty much ends any chance they had against the Dubs), but if they can defend better than they did tonight they can find enough offense against this ty Houston defense.
Its clear that Harden is not 100% either...
How much? WTF does that even mean?
"It represents exactly a 16% reduction in the Spurs chances."
Losing your starting point guard, leading assist man, and 2nd leading scorer?
Yeah, it ing hurts.
Kawhi is going to have to do more than he has been already by being a playmaker...and Mills, Ginobili, Murray, Anderson, and Simmons are going to have to pick up the slack.
It all depends how the officials are in Houston. We NEED to win one of these next two, and good news is we won't have Scott Foster and Tony Brothers in either of them since we won tonight in spite of them
Game three will tell everything. I hope Murray gets some burn. He seems to play well with Kawhi, and has a much higher ceiling of what Parker can replicate by getting in the lane and his passing.
The Rockets shot just over 50% in the first half, and finished just under 45% for the game. Any game where that happens (and the refs don't put them on the line 30 times) they are VERY beatable. The Spurs could lose Game 3, and still win Game 4 - IF the Rockets shoot like that.
We still may eek by Houston, Dubs will be even tougher. Lot of Simmons, some Murray and Manu coming up.
I'm sad to see Parker get injured, but I think this injury is a blessing in disguise. Regardless of what happens this series(and I still say we win it) it forces the spurs to stop relying on a PG in his mid 30s and forces them to do some scouting
Just look at how important 3PT shooting is and how TP has been the best off the ball 3PT shooter these playoffs for SA. It's big.
Agreed. People need to understand that with HOU more than any other team there is high variance.
2003 Spurs about to get tied up 3-3 as Parker goes 0-5 and Mavs lead by 13 going into the 4th.
Super Steve Kerr enters the game. Not only knocks down 4 treys but gets the entry passes into Duncan. Something Parker had be f'ing up all night.
Pop had all ing year to get Murray some burn.
Murray got injured.
Popped cut off Murrays minutes when he was well.
Stop sniffing.
