Sadly, I suspect no suspension. A fine at most, with an upgrade to flagrant 1. Most likely not even that.
I think the league needs to come down hard, and suspend his ass for 8 games.
Whats probably gonna happen is they suspend his ass for 2 days tops.
You cant just hurt star players, and get away with it. Cost the Spurs money on potential games at Spurs and or even Finals games.

Nothing. He was given a common foul, KL shot two FTs. KL was injured in SA during game 5. This was carry over. He was also hurt just running up the ing court. Are you going to suspend the Spurs bench?
This path leads to nothing. Spurs need to focus and play like they have nothing to lose then accept the outcome and move on.

there won't be a suspension sadly. the league is almost robotic in how it handles this stuff. "did player go for head? yes --> suspension, no --> no suspension" "did bench leave side lines? yes--> suspension, no --> no suspension" etc.

Also the league is clear about defenders can't move into the landing area of an airborne shooter but they won't do anything.

In retrospect, maybe Dedmon should have signed with the Warriors and Zaza wouldn't be a problem.
