57 wins, first round exit. Still way too early though.
I see us winning 56 games, falling in the 2nd round again. I wish I was more optimistic, but we really didnt do much with improving the team this summer. LA is unhappy, and D Murray has not shown me much this summer.![]()

58-24
WCF loss to Warriors 2-4
Sounds about right to me.
Unless one of the young guys really comes out and impresses we are most likely a second round exit. Especially with the improvements there in the west have made while we stood pat
a lot could change yet
FYI, we lost in the 3rd round last year. Same thing will happen this year. Houston will finish further behind us this year than last especially if they get Melo.
Who really improved aside from Minnesota, who will be the "sexy, trendy" pick for the second year, and will under achieve the most, for the second year in a row?
Houston made a dubious "subtraction by addition" move in an unnecessary arms race. You aren't beating the Dubs with a bought squad.
2nd round exit
82-0 Championship.
Best team the NBA ever seen.
I think Houston could possibly beat us this year. That series was fairly close and I think kawhi is going to have even less help this year with our main pieces getting a year older and possibly worse. Parker had the injury, LMA is probably going to be worse, Gasoline will be worse, Gino is going to be a ing corpse if he is back. This team outside of kawhi is looking pretty terrible unless Bertrans,Anderson, or Murray can take a big step forward. I really hope I am wrong, but things don't look great
No way LMA is worse. If he wants out he will play balls out so the Spurs can get value for him. If he opts out next year he'll want a BIG contract and will need to have played well to get it. Also, he will be playing more 5 this year and while he supposedly doesn't like playing it (although he plays it over 40% of the time) it is where he has done best. Pop will help him despite himself.
I thought they'd only win 55 last year due to a hangover affect, and they were on pace for 64 wins until resting brought it down to 61.
And they won 61 with:
Gasol and Parker both missing nearly 20 games.
Aldridge was out several games with a heart condition.
Green and Manu both missed 10+ games.
Their franchise player Leonard only played in 74 games.
And they still won 61 games.
So I'd say 60 wins due to corporate knowledge continuity keeping the machine rolling.
Leonard MVP only thing matters this year for me. Warriors way ahead of the game this year sadly.
There's been improvements across the board in the league w/ exception of a few teams. It won't be as watered down as it was last year.
I expect 53-56 wins.
Houston made themselves worse, okc will replace the clippers and Minnesota will replace Utah or Memphis. so no reason to think it's not close to last season but this time
we zaza durant and take it all.
60-22 as Kwa has an MVP year and Bertie and Murray are solid contributors.
Pop will change the guard lineup and begin to start Parker in April and screw up everything.
