Mexicans can't drive worth a damn and a huge % of them have no insurance.
They don't believe in babysitters, so everywhere they go here comes the entire tribe. With one of the many kids old enought to have baby sat the others.

People might laugh or not care about this, but it's a big deal in California and it's a big deal in San Antonio. We have a large percentage of the population in this city that is virtually unemployable because of a language barrier.
