I didn't. I looked at the props and didnt see any reason they would fail.
I hope Prop 4 fails, but it's Texas where people prefer an unchecked partisan legislature over "activist judges."
Looks like they all passed. I voted against that too.

Why would any lender want to do a home equity loan without an appraisal to see first if there is any equity?

Yeah, I saw that one. It was one of the few things that seemed dumb.
I did not. Probably would have, but it was a weird day, due to a car break down.
I got to the end of the day and thought "ok, someone else can be the Defender of Democracy this time".
The city council will do just fine.
