Fight is on!
Interesting fight...
Danny Jacobs gambled everything he had with the GGG fight, right now he has nothing. He is trying to fight is way back to being relevant in this division, a loss would be detrimental to him.
Arias is undefeated and this is his first major challenge.
Winner might have to fight Charlo.

R1 Jacob looks physically stronger than Arias, normally he should bully him in this fight.
R1 close round, but Jacob takes it.
R2 sloppy round, better movement from Jacobs though, Arias looks puzzled. I'll give it 10-10
R3 10-9 easy for Jacobs, Arias looks puzzled and losing confidence.
Jacobs is controlling the fight so far.
R4 10-9 Jacobs, Arias's gameplan is not working. He wanted to brawl but found out that Jacobs is the stronger man, so what's plan B??? Nothing, just back paddle.
R5 10-9 Jacobs. Arias did land some shot, but not enough to get the round. He has to gamble to win this fight if he wants it.
R6 10-9 Jacobs.
Jacobs's corner is saying that he is being to nice to this guy, time to put the scare to him. LOL.
R7 10-9 Jacobs. Arias mentally quit, he knows he can't win this fight, not strong enough.
R8 10-9 Jacobs, easy. Huge uppercut and crisp jabs.
Jacobs needs to stop toying and go for the kill.
R9 10-9 Jacobs, this is a shutout. Arias completely out of it, nothing is working for him.
R10 10-9 Jacobs, with his biggest round of the fight. Arias is out on his feet.
R11 10-8 Jacobs. Arias really wants to give up, just a matter of pride now for him.
R12 10-9 Jacobs, Arias just held and held and held, lol.
Hopefully no robbery on this one. lol.

Indeed one of my favorite fighter, if not the favorite.
He could have fought a lot dirtier and cheated a bit, but just a class act fighter.
What's next for him? Charlo?
Jacobs will be in Montreal for the Lemieux/Saunders fight to challenge the winner after their fight.
