Kawhi was robbed last year of a super deserving MVP. It boggles my mind. On my count he had 20 games where he played less than 29 and 10 less than 26.
His last four games he averaged 20ish minutes because of the system ofcourse and he went from improving to 28 to 25ppg.
Who in the right mind would want to play in this organization as a superstar in his prime.
What kawhi had to sacrifice in numbers in his peak years has never been done before.

Agreed..Kawhi was last season MVP and it getting even more painfully obvious how many crappy holes he's hidden on this roster..
but..but..WCF, up 25 vs Warriors when they basically played a 50-50 series vs the ty Grizzlies even with Leonard putting Lebron's numbers and Parker turning back the clock..
Makes you wonder how hurt would he be if he didn't rest that much.
Or is it that he is hurt because he tested too much?
In any case, don't blame the Spurs for this one. It's not their fault the MVP cares more about flashy numbers and it's not their fault Westbrook wasn't disqualified for his stat padding.
