One of the most over-hyped Euro coaches I have ever seen. What has he actually added to the Spurs from a coaching philosophy standpoint? Have you heard, noticed or read anything about his contribution?

Pop got blown out twice this series. Messina didn’t put this roster together.
Exactly. I’m not saying he’s a good coach, but tonight did nothing to change my stance on him. He’s not the reason we’re severly outmatched this series, and he’s certainly not the reason we went 7/33 from 3..What did you guys expect from him tonight? I don't get it

Borrego would be a good signing imo. Met him in Memphis during the playoffs last year he seems like a really cool guy. I think he'd relate to the players better than Blatt. I actually prefer him and Udoka and Hammon to Messina. Nothing against Messina, I just don't know how he well translate as a head coach at the NBA level. Obviously he has the ability but will he able to get that across to his players? Idk.
