    If Pop wanted to shut down Kawhi, he could have done so already.

    Kawhi could have come out and shut himself out for the year if he wanted too.


    Only thing I can assume is that he still wants to play and Pop is letting him try to get back for the rest of the Playoffs.

    Poop is throwing a bone to Kawhi but it's no use. It's looking likely that he'll hide in New York for the rest of the series, collect his paycheck, and run for the hills.

    His teammates all but begged him to come back. He then got on a plane went to New York and hasn’t been heard from since.
