if his trip was off the books it was probably for a reason. wouldn't make sense for them to publicly blab about what was intentionally kept quiet.

We will see. Just seems odd no one from the State Department or any White House official was on that trip. Negotiations of this kind is outside of the scope as the job of a CIA director.
