Softridge & Lillard played well with each other so there shouldn't a fit problem. Yeah they had issues but if anyone is going to mange their egos then it's Pop since that's basically his best asset at this point of his life. Murray is also a good fit alongside Lil'Ard since the latter can play off the ball unlike Fatty "Dribble-Dribble" Mills.
Kawhi/CJ would be LeBron/Kyrie lit & Turner can fill in the void left by Aminu (Kawhi played well with Simmons who isn't that much better of a shooter than Turner). They can also package Turner's expiring contract w/ Pau's partially guaranteed contract in the summer of 2019 & take on someone like Cousins who is going to sign a Blake Griffin-ish contract.
Kawhi can follow the Lil'Ard business plan as far as securing a 100 mill shoe contract while playing in a small-market & he would be in Nike town so can rehab in their facility instead of having to rent an apartment in NYC.
