whats wrong with that? According to the liberals, 12 year olds are mature enough to make the decision to euthanize their own unborn babies and not be required by law to tell their parents.

First of all, I didn't say anything about liberals or conservatives. I find what he said wrong for many reasons, and I also believe that what you're saying is wrong. Basically you're saying that because liberals find that 12 year old girls have enough maturity to deside the fate of their child, its suddenly alright for conservatives to treat a 14 year old as someone who knows exactly what he or she is doing. It has nothing to do with taking sides, both issues are wrong in their own right.

You might want to actually watch the video.

The point of the video was that GW is suffering from "pre-senile dementia" and they make a very good case from what I saw. It would explain a lot.

I strongly suspect that GW had an earbug and helpers during the Kerry debates. It would fit the "win at any cost" mentality of his administration (i.e. the "tone at the top" set by Rove et al.)

Taken as a whole, we can only pray that the Bush administration doesn't do much (more) damage to our nation's long term interests than they already have.

Drop de condescending at ude bro. We actually watched the video, however I decided to take that whole aspect in a rather comical view seeing as though the alternative would have stired up a hornet's nest up in here, LOL.

I remember all that stuff about his "dementia" during the debates.

I also noticed that immediately following his re-election, he started sounding coherent again... at least for a while.

I'm not sure whether his oratory falls apart under stress, or whether Rove figured out that when Bush sounds like a moron, it helps his poll numbers.
