Miss RJ tbh, he fought for the Spurs and was a compe or through and through, never asked for a trade or quit on his team, had some big moments, dunks, threes and even defense for us, made the dark days of 09-early 12 season a little better for all of us, tbh...

miss you RJ, hope you're doing well, sorry for the loss

RJ was a beta. I’m sorry his dad died. Doesn’t change the fact that he was afraid of the moment.

And the quivering pink vagina small forward playing behind him at the time of the trade wasn't?

smh, beta is using a tragedy to a former Spur to still take jabs. Puts you in the same wheelhouse of the typical schmucks on this board. Why even say anything?

Not really considering how much he got paid at that time. He wasn't the best fit for how much he was earning. Was decent before the spurs traded for him then just fell off the cliff

Sad news! Sorry for your loss RJ! Prayers for you and your family!

I didn't dislike RJ. He always played and never complained! He just didn't fit our system.

b4 he came to the spurs he was at leasts top5 at his position, yet on the spurs he didnt play like his top5 at his position

its like he loss his explosiveness beating his man off the dribble for a dunk or whatever, when u watch some high lights how come he couldnt repeated the same plays in game...

he was limited by touches, yet there were clowns on the bench who had the green light b4 him to chuck... pop didnt use him correctly

Never had a problem with the guy, lots of hate here at the time. He won a few games for us. Sorry about his dad RIP.

Is this what the Spurs fans have become? Pining for RJ. I wish he quit on the team.

Doubt he’s reading any of this. Does that poster on ST with rj info even post anymore? He didn’t fit. No need to bash him during times like this.

Yet everyone was happy to see him go lol. Let’s not rewrite history. It’s too easy to bump threads

Mostly because Captain Jack was traded back here and everyone flashed back to the Nets Game 6 June 2003.. shame Poop dumped him, probably would have been the difference against the Heatles in '13.
