In the battle for the Kings starting power forward spot, the team continues to rotatee both Kenny Thomas and Shareef Abdur-Rahim into the role. Thomas didn't play against the Trailblazers on Saturday, but got the start against the Suns on Sunday. Thomas put up eight points, nine rebounds, and five assists in 33 minutes.

Just when we think we know what Rick Adelman and the Kings coaching staff are thinking, they throw a wrinkle into things. This battle should play out over the last week of the preseason and given the investment made in Abdur-Rahim, we have to expect he'll get more playing time than Thomas in the long run.
