So it wasn't a crime for Libby to talk with the press about Plame. The crime here seems to be of the boring perjury and obstruction of justice variety.

Indictments Coming Tomorrow; Targets Received Letters Today
An uber-insider source has just reported the following to TWN:
1. 1-5 indictments are being issued. The source feels that it will be towards the higher end.
2. The targets of indictment have already received their letters.
3. The indictments will be sealed indictments and "filed" tomorrow.
4. A press conference is being scheduled for Thursday.
The shoe is dropping.
So it wasn't a crime for Libby to talk with the press about Plame. The crime here seems to be of the boring perjury and obstruction of justice variety.

Obstruction of justice and perjury. The ghost of Nixon reminds you, it's not the original crime, it's the cover up that bites you in the ass.
So Libby was on a vendetta to pay back Wilson and got carried away.
Who is the source? It's a crime to reveal info about a Federal jury case without authorization.
How come everyone has everyone already convicted? Have they all gone to trial already, did I miss something?
For a White House that ran a campaign in 2000 based upon bringing ethics and dignity back to the White House (after pointing to the Clinton scandals -- for which neither Clinton nor any of his close advisors were ever convicted) the reality of having similar indictments issued just doesn't look good. The only difference here is that nobody has gone after Bush directly. But I guess nobody's asked him under oath if he's been serviced in the Oval Office. Then again, you'd have to be in the Oval Office to actually get into that sort of a problem.
Well, first of all, you don't know that Libby or Rove or Cheney or anyone else in the administration have been indicted.
And, second, I consider Jim Guy Tucker and Webster Hubbell close advisors to President Clinton and both were convicted of charges related to Whitewater.
The Bush administration needs a catch phrase ala the prior administration (perjury in a sexual harassment lawsuit? Ha! It's jest about sex or getting serviced, dat's all).

Anyways, what the does anyone care? Perjury isn't a crime (right?)!

As interested as I am in finding out what the next episode in this wacky tale is, I have a hard time putting too much into the "uber inside source" to someone's blog...
