In Milwaukee tonight on the second leg of a b2b to take on a 13-5 Milwaukee team who have won 3 of their last 4, but are coming off a a tough home-loss last night to Phoenix, where Jamal Crawford hit a game-winner at the buzzer. Everyone available for us minus Pau. No excuses. Let’s get it.

This one is going to be ugly. Hopefully Milwaukee rests Giannis, their scrubs should be enough to blow us out.
Big game for Cun. I don't look at him as a physical makeup for Giannis, but he's probably as able to do it as anyone on the roster is. The second-biggest match-up is probably Aldridge against Lopez. Spurs need LMA to win that one handily, as DeRozan is going to have his hands full with Middleton. All things considered, this is easily the toughest game SA has played all season, and it might end up being the toughest all year. Don't feel really confident they can get the win here, but if Phoenix found a path to victory, SA can too.
Should be noted that last night Brook Lopez set an NBA record for most 3-pt misses in a game without a single make, going 0-12 from 3.
In other words, he’s prob going to go off tonight against us![]()
Let's get it, Bucks! Take care of business at home!
After Bucks lose to Suns and Spurs beat Pacers..Spurs 10 PT underdogs tonite..Easy money?? Lol
For Vegas, yes
As Aldridge goes, so does this team. Against Lopez, he should be a nice piece of venison for LMA! He needs to be fed early to establish his rhythm and confidence. This is how the Spurs won last year, and this is how they need to continue to get wins. Hopefully last night's win has given the Spurs confidence to win road games, but against the Deer, will be a tall order, but if they can come out with energy, play good defense and feed LMA the ball, hit their shots and keep the turnovers down, they will have a fighting chance. DC33 will have his hands full with Giannis, so I can see him getting into foul trouble early, so poor Bertans' number may have to be called and get abused as well. What can SAS do? They don't have an answer for him, but do their best to slow him down which is all they may be able to do! GSG!!!
Major l
2nd night of a b2b after a tough win on the road against a good team that lost against the worst team in the league last night on their floor....yeah, not looking good for SA tonight imo
LMA and DDR with like 37 minutes last night.
Gay probably out on the 2nd night of the B2B, or will be limited.
Yeah...looking like a recipe for disaster.
Just gotta hope LMA picks up where he left off. If they fall behind early he'll def pull the plug. Just hoping the keep it close through out and give themselves a chance.
If we're going to get blown out, I'd at least prefer the entertainment of watching Giannis. Way more fun to watch than anyone on our squad.
The Bucks are a fun team, Budenholzer (the creator of the beautiful game) is their coach after all. Let's hope Pop can at least avoid getting outcoached for a half
It will be a tough game for LMA with Lopez hanging near 3pt line all game. I have a feeling that Bucks 3pt shooting (not Yannis) will decide if we have a chance in this one. If Lopez, Ilyasova and the others hit their long balls, it might be a blowout. We have Cun and Rudy to throw at Yannis but Poeltl and LMA will have tough time at the perimeter
At this point I'm not sure there's much Pop can do if the Bucks are on. Huge talent discrepancy.
Easy win tbh. Bucks are overated as fawk
unfortunately you can be right about this
Played ball today. Got into a scrap with this fat over weight guy . Humbled someone today
And perhaps saved his life in the future.
Be humble
I don't mind you, but I get the feeling you're not long for this forum.
I won't be surprised by these matchups:
-Aldridge on Antetokoumpo
-Gay on Lopez
-Cunningham on Middleton or even on a guard so the team can switch every P&R.
Pop has gone to this kind of adjustments several times. Remember the Aldridge on Ariza + a small defender on Anderson everytime we played the Rockets and similar stuff vs teams with no-3pt-SF and 3pt-PF
Defensive Keys: p&r cover (p&pop with Lopez or P&r Giannis + space and 3pt) and transition D (Giannis)
Offensive Keys: No Turnovers (or will be killed in fastbreak), keep attacking the paint and offensive rebound (specially vs starting unit) and Gianni's man hitting 3s so he can't help too much.
Spurs need a solid start of the game, Bucks will try to start strong following yesterdays loss. Nothing to lose today. Go and play for the win.
Spurs started out strong against the pelicans the other night after that warriors game. Then fizzled out before halftime. Even if they start strong finishing the half strong and the beginning of the 3rd will be key.
