Well he is playing hurt! Remember he had thigh injury when they were playing against the Pistons in the playoffs and his productions was hurt because of his injury. I'm pretty sure he's just taking the game easy since this is only a preseason game.

Spurs defense ain't doing , yielding 57 pts in 1st half.
Pacers shooting 58% and playing good defense.

BTW, by the box score it doesn't seem like Tony is playing well either. He's 3-7 and missed 2 ft's. No one but Tim is even in double figures.
I think this is the biggest problem we'll face if we play the Pacers in the Finals. Artest is going to make it a tough series for Manu and so Parker will have to step up big time.
