Letting him get some rest during this soft stretch of games.
His knee soreness probably the cause of his "slump".
Letting him get some rest during this soft stretch of games.
Not a bad idea. We need to preserve him for the long term
I'm sure he is out due to depression... When did he hurt his knee??
This will probably cost him an all-star selection.
Trade coming soon??
Good. He obviously hasn't looked good the last month. Some time off and rest will do him some good imo
Most likely and smart move. Need both LA and DDR healthy to advance past 1st most likely.
Yup good decision its the Zion-tanking Suns
Well, after this home game stretch, which, on paper, is a soft schedule, I think the team can manage these games without him. But the RRT, I believe, starts next week, so they will need him to be healthy and ready to go then. Hearing that it's a tough schedule for the Spurs, so yeah, leave him out of this week's lineups and rest up DD10. GSG!!!
Pretty sure DeMar was on the grassy knoll.
Probably burned himself out going 100% from the start of the season, so it's good to let him get some rest and refocus.
I saw pictures of "four tramps" they picked up that day and one of them was almost the same size as DDR!![]()
Smart move. He had been piling up the minutes and you get a strain on one joint it leads to strains and soreness on other joints and body parts. Bring him back for the RRT.
Resting to be ready for the RRT. We better not give away this game.
I know this concept is foreign to Kawhi fans but let me break it down for you: He has a REAL injury.
Kawhi's only played like 5 games and he's still in AS discussion.
Doesn’t really deserve it this season so far, tbh
People are forgetting just how good DeRozan was to start the season.
21.5 ppg, 6.3 apg, 6.2 rpg on 47% shooting. How many guards can claim to put better production than that? Curry, Harden, Lillard, Westbrook. Who else? Thompson, no way. McCullum neither. Holiday, Murray, Doncic, Mitc ? Nah.
This. He wasn't just an allstar, he was top5 to start off the campaign. Certainly on offense.
You mean a family member wants him to sit out a few games? Right?
It's a good time for him to rehab obviously. That being said the next several games are very important. We have lost way too many games that we should've won... o Philadelphia!!
Good tbh. Spurs don't need him for Phoenix. Give him more time to rest.
