Doubt it's been reported over there but, guaido used a legal loophole of the Venezuelan cons ution to proclaim himself interim president, the problem is that loophole establishes a 30 day period to call for elections to establish a definitive president and... 30 days have long passed with no call for elections, Maduro now has every legal argument to arrest guiado but has held back to avoid escalating tensions
