He’s right tho... if this teammates aren’t playing their hardest in money time it’s time to ship their asses off and get some teammates who know what’s up. Magic drafted/built a roster full of clowns, and nobody wants those clowns on their team, be it the Spurs, Pels or anybody.

lebron tried carrying the cavs early in his career. didnt go anywhere because they were bums, and it's not for his lack of effort. he engineered the move to miami and it worked out, he won 2 rings and they were a juggernaut. went back to cleveland and arranged a new big 3 and won there too. his system worked, so i wouldn't blame him for sticking with it.

and thats why his move to the lakers signaled that he's done trying to win
