Well, Just got banned from the SaintsReport.com

When I first put up the site, Saints2006.com, I put it up as a hub to show support for the Saints coming here in 2006. , I'm a football fan, and I would love the see the team for 8 games at the Alamodome.

After hearing what some of the posters said over there, I began to realize that if possible, we should look at moving the team back to NO ASAP. And that the city had really screwed this up on the way to handle it.

They have very passionate fans, and they brought up great points. One's that we aren't quick to think about because we look at it at a different angle

But then, it became a hate monger.
Calling San Antonio... s, looters that profit over the fresh graves of dead people. Basically talking trash, and throwing out racial blast at everyone.

I'm not allowed back, because of the way that I defended SanAntonio,
Go take a look for yourself. Don't add to the fire, but look at what they paint you out to be.

    Saintsreport is a joke.

I was banned over there about a month ago.

Difference of opinion = trolling over there.

If youre from SA, if you dont think the Saints will go back to NO, or if you dont want the Saints back in NO you will be banned in about a week.

Don't feel bad, the rest of us were banned there as well...Looks like they like to linger on our boards voicing their opinions, but once we venture on theirs, We're immediately banned...Also, anyone with an SA addresss they will deny you from opening an account there...Does the word coward come to mind????....

    Yep.

    Idiots.
I told them that should hope the team is in San Antonio next year, because then they would have a good chance of moving the team back to New Orleans after the 2006 season.

But no, many of them said that they would rather have it in LA than SA.
Which is freaking idiotic because if that team hits LA for a minute, they never see the Saints again.

    Not a sharp bunch.

I agree...Anyone know how many tickets they have sold so far to Sunday's game???

I thought I heard about 50K tickets sold for the Miami game. The listed "capacity" for the Saints games is 79K, but the stadium holds 93K. It's going to look ing empty, and it's sad because their low end tix start at $15, as compared with $30 for the A-Dome.

Interesting how they don't announce it like it some kind of secret or something..LOL....If it sold out, they would have announced it in a heart beat.

Baton Rouge hosting these games was the biggest ing stupid joke the NFL has ever pulled off....Oh and GIVING the NY GIANTS an extra "Home" game calling it the 1st Saints "home" game was another stupid thing.....they're keeping quiet for this because they know they ed up and won't sell out and its a big egg on Tagliabue's and the NFL's Face.....they should have had all 8 games in the Dome and then figure out what happens with New Orleans next year...poor in Saints i almost feel sorry for them.

At this point, saintsreport.com is just a joke. It's not even a Saints board anymore. Yeah, they're angry, but a lot of them are acting like they will have nothing to live for if the Saints ship out. I mean there are OTHER things to do on Sunday than watching the NFL right?

Louisiana has bigger issues right now than keeping and maintaining an NFL team in town. That's the hard reality and sorry SR.com, but reality bites sometimes.

Actually, I think it's not a bad idea to have 2 games there.
Something for the fans, and a release for the team.
But, I don't believe that LSU will allow them to move there for 2006.

I don't even have a saintsreport.com account. I have lurked there on occasion before...mostly in the days right after katrina because they had some great information on there from people that were on the ground.

utsagolfpb, so what? You act as if getting banned from an internet site will affect you in a negative way. "Well, we're sorry Peter, you have all the credentials and skills we're looking for, but we can't accept you because it looks like you were banned from Saintsreport.com back in 2005. Thanks for stopping by."

Why does everyone get so offended when anyone on the internet threatens "your" city, "your Spurs", your opinions, or beliefs?

Are you people so insecure as to have to "defend" your city like you were at the Alamo?

The World is full of Bull , just take it all in and let it go. You're playing right into their hands by responding like this.

Time to break free of the bubble people...

Agreed. The state has things it needs to do in order to get the Saints back, but the SR.com folks don't understand that they need to help rebuild their state instead of hanging out online bashing the people taking care of the team. If they really cared about the TEAM, the players, they wouldn't be talking so much . You won't find many of the players going off on this city. What makes the fans think it's their job to do that? Passionate? Yeah maybe. It seems to be pressing more to ignorant.

It's stupid and SR.com posters and hate mongers are immature. They all need to log off and hit the clean-up effort in New Orleans. The pay is great. And they just might get the city in order for the team to come back. That is if Tag is actually thinking that's where they'll be.
