They said the gunboats were acting belligerent and crazy so does not cons ute normal sea transit.
They should return the sailors. Don't see any reason why they should keep them unless Ukraine has some Russians prisoners and they might want a swap
Last November, Russia captured 24 Ukrainian sailors. The International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea in Hamburg has ordered the Russian Federation to release them along with their vessels.
Russia is not impressed, as it doesn’t recognize the tribunal’s authority.
