one of the reasons Toronto did the trade was to get out of DDR's contract. They felt it was worth the risk of trading Nephew so they could at least start a rebuild. They're not gonna take that contract back.

if n° 2 leaves are you all so sure the Raps don't want him back? who's gonna replace for them the main thing that Leonard has been in their back court this past year? I don't see a lot of names as an elite guard/SF available...I agree now a big part of the game is on Siakam and that he would never be part of a trade but the point is that now that they have a championship they are not going to be a rebuilding team asap...so they need a legitimate star to keep at least being an elite team in the east. So, what names comes to your mind so willing to go to Canada ? in my mind is just one...and the point is that in no other market he's gonna have as much trade value like in Toronto ...the point is just what Toronto could offer for him because, frankly, thay have won a le but their players, apart for Siackam, have no big trade value...
