Not a typical Spurs character guy. But the Spurs thought they had that with Nephew and he was one of the biggest frauds/quitters in NBA history. I like that they're taking on more risks and guys that don't fit their character mold. Morris is no Demarcus Cousins, he actually has productivity on the court.

He was my number one target due to what he brings. Toughness, defense and will stretch for the floor. This is the team envisioned. In my pre season thread I said for the spurs to resign Gay, sign Morris, and trade Bertans for Crowder. I was damn close. For completion, can the spurs pull off a beli and Mills deal for Covington?
