In a 100m race....
1.block clearance/start
2.drive phase/accelerate
3.hit topend/max velocity (50ish)
4.sustain/maintain that TE/MV as long as you can (speed endurance)
5.decellerate (around 80ish, want to do this slowly)
Where is the decellerate at in this race for Lyles?
Sure looks like he is still shifting gears at 90ish doesn't it?
Coleman holds the WR in the 60, he is known for his start.
So how do you beat Noah Lyles at 200m? Well, it takes the number one 400m cat in the world who has superior speed endurance.
