No. The issue is that in the mueller report they basically said IRA is guilty and that their wrongdoing has been established. There’s no reason why mueller can’t put that in the report. The issue is that part being made public while IRAs trial is pending, because if any of the jurors have read the report, it will sway their decision making.
That part of the publicly released report should have been redacted.

Findings of actual innocence are rare as hen's teeth in courtrooms.
Verdicts are either guilty or not guilty. Calling a not guilty verdict innocence is spin: being found not guilty beyond a reasonable doubt doesn't mean the accused didn't do it, only that the prosecution didn't meet the burden of proof.
And anyway, we're nowhere near that stage of the process.
I'm not talking about that.
