Rural America is depopulating, has been for 100+ years, as jobs, money, opportunites, culture move to metro areas, meaning Repugs will lose some House Reps
But Repugs will be able to buy Senate seats in rural states more cheaply because they will have less rural people to sell their racist bull to.
If the Dems can get 51 Senators in 2020, kill the filibuster as Harry Reid says, then demographics and Dems can over the Repugs, a natural minority, for a long time.
