Yea, I think the Trayvon Martin, the most notorious Stand Your Ground Case of all-time, is good for setting a baseline on where you stand. You want to vote present though.
What is your take on this present case you brought up and know nothing about?
30 years is a long time behind the walls for this fellow. & he's gonna get all 30 at sentencing. They'll send him to parole hearings after a set amount of time, but, he ain't goin' anywhere via that parole board...uh, uh...they'll watch him with a fine tooth comb like they do those Manson minions. He's gonna do the vast lion's share of that 30 spot.
His chance rested with that friendly sheriff. Once the video got seen, his goose? Oh, it was cooked.
