Remember that one kid years ago who went to the range with his mom & blew her head off out of nowhere? I had a MIL who, well, I won't say, but, you get my drift.
"This is exactly the mechanics of the Red Flag Law," Reams told the outlet. "Someone filed an anonymous complaint, without the other person knowing it was being filed, but instead of him being deprived of his Second Amendment rights, he’s being deprived of his ability to go to school without due process."
"According to the attorneys, the school has a protocol that must be followed when a report of a threat comes in through Safe 2 Tell or other means, even if the report is completely false – and there is nothing parents or students can legally do about it, even with a lawyer," she reports.

One of those common sense policies I suppose.

Dead kids or hurt beta .
Choose one dumb .![]()
Kids out there going to school and they fear for their lives.
Please. They're in their glory. They're too young to be afraid of dying. They're in that stage where it's a curiosity that urges them on. That'll change about another 25 years.
Right now, they get up early, turn on the CNN and see their school building right their in front of their eyes, get their best duds on, go over their hair with a fine tooth comb (girls)---boys will dress like a girl because he's conflicted about gender even though he thinks of nothing but snatch. They'll make damn sure their cell is fully charged & then head on down to the school house for a day of fake tears & hugging each other no end.
The teachers, raking it in with both ass scratchers will portend to like the minority students, especially on these gun days: "I hate these brown bas s. But, I ain't losing my pension, or the 3 months off every year if it kills me." They used to hug the students too, but, no more:::"I ain't losing my pension, or the 3 months off every year if it kills me." So, they just look at the crying youngster & flagellate themselves in front of the Media's media: "Oh, it breaks my heart to see these young people suffer like this. I love them all, every single one, no matter the color, the creed, or their gender designation. & I don't do this for the money, even though we just struck for a 25% raise & got it."
No problem with this. Gotta err on the side of caution. He posted a video of guns with the caption "finna to be lit".
I need to know who has what skin color before I can make a decision on this.
Just because they have irrational fears instilled by terrible media and parents doesn't mean we should cater to them.
Kids are getting shot up everywhere. Your "definition" is not based on facts.![]()
And went to a gun range with his mom. He had his "lit" experience practicing his 2nd amendment rights. Taking him out of school is moronic.
"Shot up everywhere" is not factual statement. Way to stick to the "facts".
It actually is you dumb .![]()

Kids being killed in a mass shooting at school is an anomaly. Positioning that as "shot up everywhere" is nonsense. Doing so while being on a "facts" rant is absolutely laughable.
nice fake sarcasm
Your completely off base on this one. Kid may have been doing nothing wrong but trying to act gangsta on social media was his mistake and warrants caution in today's environment. His mommy should have taught him better. Now they can wait for their threat assessment meeting.
I agree that he was within his rights but it would have helped if either 1) he mentioned he was going to the gun range or 2) just didn't post anything at all.
We'll see how long they keep him from school If it's more than a day, then it's too long.
Finna get lit
With my mommy at the gun range
isn't what he he was going for.
Good.
What is a 16 year old doing been taken to a shooting range for? Deadbeat parents.
Tranny clutching his pearls.
Another bit of stupid bull for Civil War Nathan to get pissy about.
What did you do at 16 besides sucking , derp?
To recap:
Kids being shot up in school = Irrational fear.
School being, perhaps, overly cautious with regards to a kid who is enthusiastic about guns = rational, thread-worthy concern
Moreover,
Media covering kids being shot up in school = terrible
Media covering a school being, perhaps, overly cautious with regards to a kid who is enthusiastic about guns = acceptable and national-media-worthy
Except your recap is wrong. He wasn't a kid being enthusiastic about guns or his 2nd amendment rights as he trying to now claim. He's a kid who posted what could easily be mistaken as a threat on social media because he wanted to appear cool.
