I think he clearly meant to say in due time and his phone probably auto corrected it. That happens to everyone all the time. Plus the phrase "I'm due time" just rolls of the tongue weird. People don't talk like that tbh

Hard to take benching, when you are clearly better than some of the players getting floor time ahead of you. The time of dew is the morning, when the day is young, and just beginning. So it means, "I am young, at the beginning of my career."
If Belinelli wrote in the same style, he would write, "I'm twilight time." The time of twilight is near the end of the day. He would mean he's near the end of his career.
