Spurs by 4
OKC has won seven of eight but the Spurs need this one because they have two games against the Bucks and then a difficult four game road trip after that. This game is also important if the Spurs have hopes of climbing out of the eighth seed eventually.

Spurs play the better team for some reason. Spurs by 5.
OKC by 20. Belinelli will play, Lonnie not. LMA and/or DeRozean will disappear. Forbes will play like always. Poeltl will have a bad night assisted by bad defence of the perimeter players ->>> just a feeling.
Ah and Patty will do Patty things, make 3 3s only to give up 20 Points on the other side. Something like that.
Get ready for 20-25 minutes of Marco Belinelli Spurs fans. You know he will be coming off the bench, while Lonnie Walker can watch from the bench and think about that foul that he commited against the Dubs. Gotta hope thatis on fire tonight, which is usually the case when we play OKC at home
Yes LMA was on fire last time OKC visited SA.
Spurs by 8.
For whatever reason, Aldridge is OKC's Kryptonite. But this should be another great game between I-35 rivals.....
I think LMA has a good game but spurs still lose. Paul, SGA, and Schroeder play well.
OKC Thunder, some data for stat nerds. Might be relevant for this game.
Totals for OKC and their combined opponents, so far.
Total points scored.
OKC 3572
Opp. 3540
Total 2pt shots made.
OKC 971
Opp. 998
Total 3pt shots made.
OKC 329
Opp. 347
Since OKC has hit fewer 2pt shots, and fewer 3pt shots, how are they ahead in total points?
It's here:
Total free throws made.
OKC 643
Opp. 503
OKC has outscored their opponents by 140 pts at the line so far this season.
Total free throws attempted.
OKC 808
Opp. 628
Thunderref lives! He is not a mere supers ion. The beast has given OKC 180 more free throws than their opponents, so far. Yes, Virginia, there really is a Thunderref.
The Spurs beat OKC the first time, at home, when LMA was red hot and the whole team was hot (except Belinelli.) In that game, tho, OKC shot 24 free throws and the good guys only shot 11.
So, the #1 key to the game.....
1. Beware of Thunderref. In a close game, which this could turn out to be, free throws could be the difference, and if the game turns into a parade to the free throw line, OKC is unlikely to lose. In other words, try extra hard to avoid fouling.
If the Spurs can keep it a 5 on 5 game, it's definitely winnable.
Go Spurs Go!
Spurs win or lose by 30 cos it's that kind of a season tbh.
Thunder were 11-4 in December so this won't be an easy out. Murray needs to make sure he keeps his jersey tucked before Paul snitches on him also![]()
Your pics are magnificent hehehe
Go Spuuuurrrrrrrssssssssss go
Big game
must-win game if they serious about making the postseason
I agree - I think Spurs win this one despite OKC playing well lately. But it’s a scary game for sure.
Starting Lyles as "C" when his matchup is Steven Adams![]()
Keep knocking down those 3s, LMA
Now DeMar with a 3. What the is this?
Give credit where it's due. Both DDR and Aldridge checking their feet to be sure they're behind the line.
