CERTAINLY with DDR back and current D is better in spite of RRT.
There has been a lot of games where Spurs played a top team that didn't show up until the 4th. It makes sense looking at the standings. In those games, San Antonio competes until the other team plays at its level in the 3rd/4th quarter and solves the game. In Utah, Murray put the Spurs 20pts up and when Utah tried to comeback, White saved the win.
Spurs won at OKC before the break and tonight won't face a team with the same approach. They will be ready from the start. Anyway, we know the recipe for a Spurs win this season: decent team defense, Murray and White playing well, Forbes and Gay sitting in the bench as much as possible.
