Update: Nowitzki has been playing through a stiff lower back in the first two games, the Dallas Morning News reports.
Recommendation: Nowitzki won't miss any time, but the stiff lower back may be what caused him to shoot a mere 39.5 percent in the first two games.

It's still early but it looks like NVE will be the former Maverick to hurt his old team.
This may be/ probably will be one of the areas where NVE and Finley's impact is most felt: winning on the road.
Great to have proven quality players like NVE and Finley who can put the ball in the basket, who won't be freaked out by ball pressure (not that allas does that since there still is no D in Dallas).
NVE looks great.
Nowitzki is a match up problem for us just like for everyone else.
