Tim's FT's certainly have more arc on them, which is generally a good thing. At times last season he was not using his knees, and it looked as if he was struggling to make the distance

IMO, Duncan's problem is more of mental than any fault in his technique. If he is in the zone, evrything looks good - ballgrip,knee-bend, the arc etc. otherwise he seems to struggle like . Also, you could tell if he takes too much time to shoot he'd almost not make it.
