More proof that sports builds character.
YahooEARLSBORO, Okla. - The Hanna High School basketball team can take some consolation: It didn't get shut out.
It did, however, lose 112-2 on Friday night to Earlsboro.
"It was embarrassing to watch," Earlsboro coach Jim Walling told The Oklahoman. "But you can't just tell your kids not to score. I've been coaching 27 years and have never been involved in something like this."
The Wildcats led 42-0 after one quarter and 73-2 at halftime. Walling pulled his starters in the second half, and game officials kept a running clock, stopping it only for free throws.
Each player on Earlsboro's 10-man boys' roster scored. Seven players finished in double figures.
How bad do you have to be to only score 2 points?

More proof that sports builds character.
Ive been on the winning side of an 108-8 mauling in an Under 18's game, two 20 minute halfs, no stop clock.
Actually I here it's pretty easy, "hey guys don't score unless they do"It was embarrassing to watch," Earlsboro coach Jim Walling told The Oklahoman. "But you can't just tell your kids not to score. I've been coaching 27 years and have never been involved in something like this."
I vote Earlsboro for DPOY

ususally you take the kids that win to chuck e cheese's but in this case i think they deserve a trip to perfect10's...no?
I would be pissed if I was the other team who gave up the 2 points!!!
Who got scored on? I'd make them run laps for the entire next practice.

with a name like hanna you have to expect theyll play like a bunch of girls
wow on the flip side I dont think I have ever even heard of a high school basketball game going over 110 points combining the scores. This is hardcore. Its like the Chinese national team beating the Iranian national team 98-10 2 months ago.
If it's freshmen/JV I can understand, but if it's Varsity then that's sad.
