yeah that's bull , Hugo, MN is definitely NOT a historically black area. As Chris Rock said, "Ain't no black people in Minnesota except Prince and Kirby Puckett."
Just got done watching a clip of the Hugo stuff with the black guy yelling and claiming that the blacks were kicked out of that 'historically black' area. That's got to be the biggest load of sh** I've heard in a while. There are no historically black rural areas in Minnesota. I can promise you that.

Yea, blacks came to Minneapolis whenever they started giving out the free sh**. I don't know the full history; but if you go back to the roaring 20's you'll see a white town.
