Black prosecutor targeting the home owners instead of trespassing protesters. Wild.
Trump said he will intervene. Law and order!
They were not trespassing. The street doesn’t belong to these try hards who can’t even hold a weapon properly.
No wealthy person with lighter skin than black will support this. They know their home is next.

That said, despite that's the law, there's such an entanglement of statutes when it comes to brandishing vs self-defense, and considering the couple look relatively wealthy, and thus can afford an above average lawyer, I don't expect this to go anywhere, tbh
Saw this earlier. Figured a chumpette would post it though.

They were on their property with out their permission
That couple doesn’t own the street
They broke the community gate down did not have code
They still don’t own the street
The couple weren't on the street.

The people were.
I know. The couple weren't protecting the street.
Then your OP is wrong and this goes back to my second post here. Thanks for admitting the obvious.
No, they were brandishing their weapons in a threatening manner from their property.
They were trespassing
The home owners were protecting their property waiting for Police to show
They weren’t being threatened. Nobody was on or approaching their property
Possibly because the home owners were brandishing their legal weapons. Trespassers don't receive the benefit of the doubt.
