When Barkan was asking Biden if they could agree on redirecting some of the funding he was referring to the police, as shown in their earlier conversation. It shouldn’t have been doctored but it didn’t make up something Barkan wasn’t talking about. It’s not like they manipulated his voice and made him say should we defund the police and then splice Biden I’m answering yes.

It oversimplified what Biden was saying. Biden was talking about the specific parts of American policing he wants to do away with which would inevitably free up funds.
I have no idea how police funding works, but I have a feeling it's like public school funding where an insane amount of money gets wasted on administrative positions/mid/upper management and the result is that the rank and file police get the shaft. Can anyone with knowledge of this provide any detail how accurate that is?
All these people are becoming more interested in alternative solutions or information. Many of the people are default Democrats and now they'll be open to reading and listening to conservative information. The insanity is a wake-up call that you are in the same boat as absolute lunatics.
