Yes, Oberto is short and that is a reason why he won't be a starting center for Spurs.
Even he isn't great for the moment (problems with nba rules), I hope he will become a solid role player.

By the way, Manu is leaning, but closer to the camera, and Oberto has at least one of his knees bent in the pic. He must be somewhere between 6'8'' and 6'9''. If they just measure him in cms. it would be more exact thing.
