you whine incessantly about mail in votes, which are not electronic.
most states still use paper ballots almost exclusively. they just use machines to tabulate them, and hand recounts are done where appropriate. when was the last time you voted?

georgia... probably the most whined about state:
- uses exclusively paper ballots
- conducted a full state-wide hand recount of said paper ballots (the only way the machines could have swung votes would be when tabulating scanned paper ballots, but hand recount results directly disprove that)
- conducted signature audits and found only 2 of 15,000 signatures to have been incorrectly accepted, and in both cases, a spouse incorrectly signed for another (but the vote was for the correct person, and no fraud)
